Refund, Chargeback & Risk Policy

1. All sales are final

Everything we sell is a digital product or service delivered the moment you pay: content, live sessions, signals, community access and software. Because access is immediate, no refunds are issued after purchase, including for unused time, partial billing periods, or a change of mind.

2. Cancel anytime

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in one click from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for and nothing further is charged. Cancelling is always available, so there is never a reason to dispute a charge with your bank.

3. Chargebacks

By completing a purchase you agree not to dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback is a breach of this agreement and results in:

• Immediate, permanent termination of your account and all access — community, signals, courses, journal — with no reinstatement.
• Cancellation of any other active subscriptions on the account.
• The dispute being contested with the records of your checkout acceptance, email verification, logins and usage.

4. Risk disclosure

Everything here is education, not financial advice. Trading forex, stocks, options and crypto involves substantial risk, including the loss of your capital. Past results, whether ours or other members', do not guarantee future results. You alone decide what to trade and are responsible for the outcome.

Copy Trading members also sign the Copy Trading Risk Waiver & Release Agreement before checkout; its terms apply to that program in addition to this policy.
