Bullish Market Structure
Price makes Higher Highs (HH) and Higher Lows (HL).

The Critical Rule: Break of Structure (BOS)
A BOS occurs when price takes out a key swing point:
- Price breaks above the previous HH → bullish BOS (continuation)
- Price breaks below the previous LL → bearish BOS (continuation)
- Price breaks against the trend's swing point → Change of Character (CHoCH) — possible reversal
Rule: Only trade in the direction of structure. Bullish structure = buys only. Bearish structure = sells only. Fighting the structure is the #1 mistake retail traders make.
Homework
- Open EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and XAU/USD on the 4H chart
- Label every swing high and low for the past 3 months
- Identify: Is each pair currently in bullish or bearish structure?
- Write down your bias for each pair before tomorrow's London open
